Painting a Garden of Hope

I have to hang onto hope each and every day and never let go, so I've decided to paint a garden of hope.

I used the painting (canvas panel) that I shared back in October to start. I covered up pretty much everything with white. I like that there are layers and texture to build on. I looked into what flowers are symbols of hope.

Sunflower, Lily, Rose, and more.

I loosely sketched some flowers with paint. I enjoyed the painted process so much! I love acrylics to easily layer and scrub onto the surface. And of course I love the discovery of color combinations. That may be my favorite part.
